Elyu Club is a curated marketplace for stays, rides, and local guides in San Juan. We connect travelers with listings and experiences selected by our team. We are not the owner or operator of every property or vehicle listed unless stated otherwise on the listing.

When you submit a booking request, you offer to book under the price, dates, and conditions shown. Confirmation depends on availability and acceptance by the provider. A booking is not guaranteed until you receive confirmation from Elyu Club or the host.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and travel details. Misleading information may result in cancellation.

Payment terms, deposits, and cancellation rules are shown at checkout and on your booking confirmation. Policies may differ by listing. Refunds follow the cancellation policy that applied when you booked.

• Follow house rules, safety guidelines, and local laws
• Treat hosts, staff, and other guests with respect
• Use vehicles and equipment only as permitted and insured
• Report issues to us promptly so we can help

Descriptions, photos, and experience guides reflect our team's knowledge at the time of publishing. Conditions, hours, and prices at third-party venues may change. We aim to keep information current but cannot guarantee every detail in real time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elyu Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any trip. Our total liability for a booking is limited to the amount you paid through Elyu Club for that booking, except where law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. Material changes to active bookings will be communicated when practical.
